DC. Day 2 Part 1

We are very busy people!! Here is our day 2 adventure. We rode the H bus to China town. Then walked to the portrait museum, but since we had been there last time we kept on walking....
to the Spy Museum! Shai and I had a great time here. We assumed spy identities and wondered through the history of spies. At the end Shai bought some handcuffs that I thought Mark and Adam were going to fight over!!! HA!


After leaving the Spy Museum we walked to the capital. We thought this was a few blocks away. But after walking for an hour we were told by a very nice homeless man that we were way off track. We had been walking parallel to the mall but several blocks away so we could not tell where we were. After some kind directions we could finally see the end in site.
Yeah! We made it. The plan was to go to the capital visitors center, but a gazillion kids were going in so we skipped it.
This is a close-up of the House of Representatives. You cant go in with out an escort so.... moving on.......

Eventually we walked around the entire capital until we could see the Washington Monument. See day 2 part 2 for the rest of the adventure.
